Car Concierge is dedicated to finding your perfect vehicle. We'll check your local dealers and, if needed, expand our search nationwide to ensure we find the ideal vehicle for you.

How do you ensure I’m getting the best price on my vehicle?

Will I pay less than I would at a dealership?

How long does the process take from start to finish?

Our primary goal at Car Concierge is to get you into a car as quickly as possible. However, we also want to ensure that the car we find is the perfect fit for your needs and preferences, not just any vehicle. We are committed to collaborating with you and working within your desired timeframe to achieve this goal.

Can I test drive a vehicle before committing?

At Car Concierge, we believe that test driving a vehicle before purchasing is crucial to ensure it's the perfect fit for you. We encourage you to take any potential car for a spin and experience it firsthand.  However, once you've found a car you're interested in, let us handle the negotiations and paperwork.

Can you arrange home delivery of my new vehicle?

If the dealership is unwilling to deliver your new vehicle, no worries!  Car Concierge works with a reputable auto transport company that can deliver your new car safely and with ease.

Trade-In Services

How do you determine my trade-in value?

Ultimately, the dealership will determine the final value of your trade-in. However, you can rest assured that Car Concierge will fight tirelessly to get you the absolute best value for your old vehicle.  We will be checking with multiple resources to ensure that you have all the information you need to feel confident in your decision.  We're on your side and will work hard to maximize your trade-in offer. 

Can I trade in a vehicle that still has a loan on it?

Yes, you absolutely can trade in a car that you still owe money on. We understand that this can be a complex process, and we're here to help. Our team will work with you and the dealership to ensure that your old loan is paid off properly as part of the trade-in process.

How long does the trade-in process take?

Car Concierge is committed to making the trade-in process as quick and easy as possible for you. We provide you with the tools and resources necessary to help us get the most value out of your trade-in vehicle.

Do I need to drop off my car somewhere, or can it be picked up?

If the dealer is willing to deliver your new car, it's reasonable to expect them to take your trade-in away at the same time. We'll certainly advocate for that on your behalf and make sure it happens if possible.  If you're not comfortable bringing your car to the dealership yourself, we can arrange for our trusted transport company to handle it for you.
